Out of all the shows I’ve done so far, Les Claypool’s was the most challenging. With hardly a drop of light available, I left the show very disappointed, thinking I had nothing to turn into my editor. Fortunately I managed to save a few shots. I originally posted these images in black & white, but I decided to re-process them back to color. In hindsight, I think these look better. So here they are in all their red-washed glory… enjoy!
(Note: Although I said I left disappointed, only with the lighting… the show itself was amazing! Several times Les came to the front side of the stage “slappin’ da bass” no more than 2 feet DIRECTLY in front of me! Simply amazing!)
